■ Product introduction:
LQ-PCA-01 polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent is new generation water reducing agent developed by our company. It has 2 specifications, liquid and powder. Liquid product is light brownish red transparent liquid. Powder product is light yellow powder. And it has features of low energy consumption and free of methyl aldehyde.
■ Product features and main technical index:
It has features of fine adaptability, low mixing amount, high water-reducing rate, chloride-free and low-alkaline. It endows concrete with fine liquidity, strong cohesiveness and high self-compaction performance. Meanwhile it improves early strength and long-term strength of concrete.
■ Scope of application:
It is suitable for premixed concrete, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete, high-strength concrete, self compact concrete, pump concrete in industrial, civil construction, wharf, transportation and municipal engineering.
■ Packing, storage and transportation:
This product mainly is in liquid state and should be preserved in plastic drum or iron drum lined with anticorrosive coating. Packing specification is 200kg/drum or 1000kg/drum. Powder product is packed with kraft paper bag or woven bag lined with plastic bag. Net weight is 25±0.25kg for each bag.
Powder product is easily soluble in water.
