Information about Macular Degeneration Treatments
My parents called me today to see if I had any information about macular degeneration treatments. Naturally, I did know quite a bit about the disease because I am an optometrist. I had a long talk with my parents. We discussed the signs and symptoms, the progression of the disease and a few things that can be done to help slow down the disease so they can maintain good eyesight longer. My parents may have felt better after our talk but unfortunately there is no cure.
